Am going to definitely write more about the Tea House's mistress. She leaps off the page with her comments about the spirit of tea and where it's grown.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15691055489477622428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367592979789930410.post-82267454925387197182010-06-16T09:44:49.042-07:002010-06-16T09:44:49.042-07:00Sometimes I think that people like to talk things ...Sometimes I think that people like to talk things up, romanticize their experience, or even make their product sound more attractive.

But other times I think some stuff really is better at the source. I've been eating black raspberries from my garden here in Delaware. And they're really best eaten directly from the plant.

I've seen some science validating this too...talking about how vitamins start breaking down, so if you pick a berry, and eat it 24 hours later, it has appreciably less vitamin C!

Who knows how this all translates into tea? But I could imagine it would be better in many ways to experience tea right where it is made. If nothing else, there might be a sense of spiritual connectedness...I often get a special feeling visiting the place where something I enjoy is produced.Alex Zorachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08335878680429494039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-367592979789930410.post-32913319298091057972010-06-14T10:31:10.268-07:002010-06-14T10:31:10.268-07:00It is dargonwell green tea...you can find in any t...It is dargonwell green tea...you can find in any tea shop most likely and even order the higher grades for a steep price directly from China at places like jingteashop and teaspringAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
